The Diabetes Transformation Project

The Diabetes Transformation Project (DTP) is a BC Children’s Hospital initiative that aims to improve the lives and health outcomes of children living with diabetes through a multi-faceted approach including family-to-family connections, education, training, research, and communication with experts who truly understand the challenges of a diabetes diagnosis.

DTP Patient & Family Advisory Board

Digital Lab at BC Children's Hospital
